MSB HOME VALUATION TOOL NOW AVAILABLE In response to agent feedback, we are now providing the Marshall, Swift & Boeckh (MS&B) home valuation tool on our website for calculating replacement costs.
The MSB Replacement Cost Estimator can be launched from the agent home page. Upon launching, you will be taken to the MSB site where you will be prompted to enter dwelling information. The MSB tool will provide you an estimated home value to use when quoting a Universal policy. For a more accurate estimate, enter as much information about the dwelling as possible.
However, only five fields are REQUIRED to retrieve a home value estimate: - Zip Code
- Year Built
- Style
- Number of Stories
- Total Living Area
